1.The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development is an international government organization founded in 1964 in Geneva, Switzerland, with the goal of promoting trade between developing nations. 

Recently, the agency said India's trade deficit as a percentage of global trade fell to 0.6% in 2022 from 0.7% in pre-epidemic levels.

2.The 6th African Union and European Union Summit was held in Brussels from 17 February to 18 February 2022, attended by African Union heads of state and EU member states. 

The meeting was co-chaired by the President of the Council of Europe, the President of Senegal and the President of the AU. At the summit the leaders agreed on a common vision for renewing relations.

3.PM raises 100 'kisan drones' at Garuda Aerospace in various parts of the country to spray pesticides and other farm products.

4.PM introduces solid waste from municipal "Gobar-Dhan (Bio-CNG" ) Plant "Indore (MP) 

5.Bill gates receives Hilal-e-Pakistan award as co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The award was presented to him on the organisation's ongoing efforts to eradicate polio and reduce poverty in Pakistan.

6.The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India recently announced guidelines on the Manufacturer’s Extra Responsibility (EPR) for Plastic Packaging under the Plastic Waste Management Regulations, 2022. Its purpose is to eliminate the use of single plastic.


7.CM Arvind Kejriwal opens 12,430 'high-tech' classrooms.
